Building Rapport

Last night I spoke for half an hour to a group of business women at the Living Room, a bar and restaurant, in Birmingham.

The topic was "body language to build rapport and get your own way" and the title of my talk was Flirt Your Way To The Top. Afterwards I stayed around for a meal and drink, and to answer individual questions from some of the women in the audience.
